House Rules Rent is due every first day of the month, with a 2-day grace period. After the grace period, a $150 fee is charged every day the rent is late. No parties or events are allowed. No smoking is allowed inside the house. No pets allowed. No unregistered guests are allowed. Please respect the noise curfew after 10 pm every day. Remember to turn off lights when you’re done using them. Please respect check-in at 3 pm and check-out time at 11 am. The fee for a lost key fob is $50. Please keep it safe! If someone gets a hold of it, they have access to your room. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages. Please don’t rearrange the furniture. Please wash your dishes. Please take the trash out as needed. No illegal substances are allowed on the premises. Please, no shoes in the house. It helps us keep the house clean. *All guests agree to the house rules before the day of check-in. Violating house rules, the guest may be asked to leave the property immediately without notice. Property Fees $500 Non-Refundable Deposit Due to the high demand for our rooms, the $500 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your room until your check-in date. The $500 non-refundable deposit is used when the first rent payment is due three days before check-in. The deposit is non-refundable — no exceptions. $300 Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee The $300 non-refundable cleaning fee is required for your stay and is charged for the duration of your stay. The cleaning fee includes weekly housekeeping of the kitchen, shared bathrooms, living room, loft, and dining room. The cleaning fee is also used to clean the room once you check out of the property. The cleaning fee does not include housekeeping of your room while you are at the property. *All property fees are nonnegotiable and may be subject to change with notice.
