Property Fees

$1000 Non-Refundable Deposit

Due to the high demand for our rooms, the $ 1,000 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your room until your check-in date. The $1,000 non-refundable deposit is used when the first rent payment is due three days before check-in. The deposit is non-refundable — no exceptions.

$500 Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee

The $500 non-refundable cleaning fee is required for your stay and is charged for your stay. The cleaning fee includes bi-weekly housekeeping of the kitchen, shared bathrooms, living room, loft, and dining room. The cleaning fee is also used to clean the room once you check out of the property. The cleaning fee does not include housekeeping of your room while you are at the property. The cleaning fee is charged quarterly per your stay.

$500 Non-Refundable Pet Fee

We are happy to accommodate your pet and understand they are like family. The Pet Fee is required to have your pet stay at the property.

$100 Per Guest Per Week Overnight Fee

Occasional guests are permitted on the property for an additional $100 per week per guest.

$100 Per Month EV Charger Access Fee

Our property offers EV Charging at $100 per month.
