1. No parties or events are allowed.

2. No smoking is allowed inside the house.

3. No unregistered guests are allowed.

4. Remember to turn off lights when you’re done using them.

5. Please respect check-in at 3 p.m. and check-out time at 11 a.m.

6. The fee for a lost key fob is $50. Please keep it safe! If someone gets a hold of it, they can access your room.

7. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages.

8. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.

9. Please wash your dishes.

10. Please take the trash out as needed.

11. Please, no shoes in the house. It helps us keep the house clean.

12. No Street Parking Allowed Past 2 AM (Vehicle Will Be Towed Without Notice)

13. No Illegal Drug Use, No Smoking, No Vaping Permitted

14. Burning of Candles and Incense is Not Permitted

15. Quite Hours from 10 PM to 7 AM Daily

16. Rent is due every first day of the month. If the Landlord does not receive rent due from the Tenant within three calendar days after the due date, or if a check is returned, the Tenant shall pay to the Landlord, respectively, an additional sum of 5.00% of the Rent due as a Late Charge and $25.00 NSF fee for first returned check and $35.00 as NSF fee for each additional returned check, either or both of which shall be deemed additional Rent.

*All guests agree to the house rules before the day of check-in. Violating house rules, the guest may be asked to leave the property immediately without notice or refund.
